Thanks for shopping at Podolinsky Equipment. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

All returns must be pre-authorized. Please do so by calling or emailing the respective store below. All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original customer shipment date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packing material. Customer pays all return shipping charges. Include a copy of your packing list with all returns.

Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable, except in cases of return due to our error. 

Special Order Parts (Items not in stock): Are subject to a 25% restocking fee. 

Electrical Components: These parts are not returnable.  

Damages:  Podolinsky Equipment is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

However, if the item was not listed as damaged in advertisement, and it was not damages in transit, please contact us.  We will require pictures of the damaged item as well as the packaging it arrived in.  If it is determined that the item left our store damaged a full refund will be arranged as soon as item is returned to us.  Other arrangements can be arranged for partial refund if customer would like to keep damaged item.


Return Shipping Instructions: Returns are to be sent to the store of which is was shipped from. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping. Please ship to:

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Bring your mower back within 30 days of purchase and let us make it right. 

If you are unhappy with your John Deere Lawn Tractor or residential ZTrak Zero-Turn Mower purchase, please return the mower to Podolinsky Equipment Ltd. within 30 days of your purchase. You will receive a full refund or you may exchange your current model towards a different model.
